Such a Magical Night ... (THESHOW !!)

okay .. seharusnya sih, pestanya mulai like half an hour ago, tapi kan blom rame gitu orangnya ... and i'm stuck in the back, in a small room for spa and massage service in the hotel .. but i'm glad that i'm stuck there with iBoy. we talked about so many things that we almost didn't stop talking . i asked so many things, coz i wanna learn being like him. i asked howdid d'chorus start? how did it all begin? trus gmana koq bisa sampe ikut dan mewakili indonesia ke vietnam itu? trus, we also talked about his background. dya tanya guw anak kebrapa, guw bilang tunggal. guw tanya balik ke dia, dya bilang anak ke 3 dari 3 bersaudara. anak bungsu tohh. trus guw tanya yang laennya nggakbergelut di bidang musik jga? dya bilang nggak. trus he's part of 3 groups. yg satu d'chorus (he used to be rio silaen's backup singer), trus y2k dan something harmony (sebuah grup yg sering dipanggil sama istana, ato menteri-menteri dan pejabat. speaking of which, gmana yaa, dya hari ini? kan dya mau nampil depan SBY .. yep,thepresident of indonesia). dya bilang guw mestinya ikut y2k. guw nanya, emang bisa sembarangan orang ikut y2k? trus dya bilang, yang ngurus grupnya, namanya mas yoyo. dya bilang kalo ada rekomendasi dari salah seorang member of thegroup, mungkinbisa. he's offering me to actually join the group he's in!!!! ohmy gosh! and my mom came. i introduced him to her. she seemed to approve! anyway, kita akhirnya dikasih mic.

dan guw suddenly asked:

me: kak, kira-kira, mic itu bisa dishare buat 2 orang nggak?
iBoy: bisa aja. knapa emang?
me: nggak sih. aku tadi mikir yg a whole new world bagian terakhir, kita share mic aja.
iBoy: oh, boleh. yang bagian apa? (gleg! nggak ada hesitation sama sekali! benerbener entertainer nih orang)
me: yang terakhirnya..
iBoy: yang line terakhir gitu (*sambil nyanyi) "a whole newworld with you ..."
me: dari yang pas sahutsahutan ajaa. yang (*sambil nyanyi) "a whole newworld, a whole newworld, that's where we'll be..."
iBoy: oh okay okay. gmana ya enaknya?

we tried different positions of microphones gituu. and settled on me putting my mic down and him holding it between us. kita smpet liatke kaca, dan kita tuhdeket banget jaraknya. oh my gosh! parah bet dahh! akhirnya, we're on.. guw denger
kak rio: (nyanyi) "can..."
kak rio and d'chorus: "anybody find me ... somebody to ... love ..."

trus guw jalan n nyanyi. everything went according to plan. everyone was looking at me. i came fromthe audience and i smiled, while singing and waved to some. it felt like i was a true artist at that moment. i think i'm addicted to performing, singing in front of people gituu dehh! anyway, ...

trus all i ask of you... just likeplanned. willem, meluk guwdari belakang .. sooo cute!

and a whole new world... guw ngeliat dya jalan dari antara audience, sooo cute. sooo handsome! setelah nyampe, guw nyanyi samadya,sambil ngeliatin dya. trus dya ngegenggam tangan guw dan ngebawa guw kesisi kanan panggung. genggamannya tuh nggak biasa aja, nggak soft gituu. but rather firm and reassuring,it seems like he wants to make sure that he's there singing with me at that moment . andfor a moment i'm sure that i could see everything else faded away. only his grip on my hand, his eyes,staring into mine... and hissmile... trus pas yang terakhirnya, kita udah di tengahtengah panggung lagi, he really did it. guw turunin mic, trus dya ngedeketin guw. our lips were just like 3 cm apart. from afar, we would look like we were kissing! kitanyanyi,i couldn't help but look at his lips, then to the audience and at the end, i looked into his eyes. it was so magical. if it wasn't for the mic, and his hand on my back, i'm sure i'll fly... thank you so much, my dear prince! you are heaven sent, and my answered prayer!

setelah itu, ada lagi pas guw mesti manggil 5people. first is my mom, representing the family. jes, representing my female classmates and friends. gret, representing the angelz, my best friends. lalu harry, representing the boys. and finally, i got the guts to say: "dan yang terakhir,untuk ngewakilin sekelompok orang yang dea sangat kagumin... *pause* kak edo." i looked back, and everyone was like smiling to him... he came in front and stand beside me." mc-nya pertama nanyain greta tentang guw. setelah itu dya bukannya interview harry, malah iBoy!! behh!!! dya bilangg ... "dea, adikku ..." and started to say things about me ... you know what? i was blushingg so hard! and then later on, i get to feed those people some cake. dya pertama bilang "wow, pasti enak dehh kuenya." before i fed him. ahh...

and after that was dinner, i went to people,they seemed like they enjoyed it. my four teachers were like commenting on my performance. they say it was awesome and cool. guw suka banget the way mereka ngebawain lagu terima kasih cinta, terus sempurna, beautiful girls, can't take my eyes off you, inikah cinta dan pandangan pertama. sooo romantic.

i sang with belinda. then gret and jess sang, then ms.may.. "when you tell me that you love him..." beh! nancep tuhh. benerbener ngenaa gituu. i hope someone actually says that to me! and in the end, we took pictures again, and i asked for each one of d'chorus members. wew... keren.

so sad that it was finally over ... so glad that it actually happened ... thank you for those who were the audience. and thanks to d'chorus and kak rio and belinda. i love you all. dan untuk ipanema boy ... thanks for making all my dreams came true...
